COVID Branch Update 3/17/2020


In response to recent health developments and communications from our national and local leaders, including the CDC, we are going to take some additional actions beyond what we have already done to keep our communities, members and employees healthy.

Effective Wednesday morning, March 18th, our branch on Plymouth Road in Livonia will be closed to lobby traffic, until further notice. Our drive-thru lanes will be open for deposits, withdrawals, check-cashing and other member transactions. What we offer through the drive-thru has been expanded to accommodate these extenuating circumstances. However, if you have a special circumstance or request, please contact one of our Member Service Representatives and we will address your individual need accordingly.

As always, you can do business with us remotely.

  • Through In-Touch phone banking at 800-433-7101, or
  • On the phone at 734-464-8079 or 800-287-0046

Some other useful reminders include:

  • You can deposit checks through the CACU Mobile App,
  • You can apply for loans by phone or online at,
  • You can make your loan payments online or through our mobile app, and
  • The night deposit drop at the branch can accept your transactions 24 hours a day, processed the next business day when we open.
