COVID Branch Update

In The Interest of Health and Safety

The well-being of our members, our employees and the community are a top priority at Community Alliance Credit Union. Therefore, effective Monday, April 12th, we restricted access at our Livonia Branch to drive-thru service and appointment-only (as deemed necessary by CACU). This approach worked well during the previous shutdown and with our improved technology, it will continue to provide uninterrupted access to member accounts, as well as limiting potential virus exposure to all parties involved.

Our drive-thru lanes will be open for deposits, withdrawals, check-cashing and other member transactions. What we offer through the drive-thru has been expanded to accommodate these extenuating circumstances. However, if you have a special circumstance or request, please contact one of our Member Service Representatives and we will address your individual need accordingly.

As always, you can do business with us remotely.

Some other useful reminders include:

  • You can deposit checks through the CACU Mobile App
  • You can apply for loans by phone or online at
  • You can make your loan payments online or through our Mobile App, and
  • The night deposit drop at the branch can accept your transactions 24 hours a day, processed the next business day when we open
