Full-Time Member Services Representative
This position requires a minimum of three + years experience serving a full range of member needs, including opening accounts, maintaining account records and member loan information as well as providing investment and mortgage referrals. Past lending authority is a plus. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven record of sales success. Outbound calling experience is desired. Candidate must be organized, detailed oriented and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Symitar experience is a plus. This position is for our Livonia Branch and requires working on some weekends.

Full-Time Loss Prevention/Risk Management Representative
This hybrid position will require the candidate to split their time between both Loss Prevention and Risk Management departments. The Loss Prevention duties will include calling a large volume of members regarding delinquent accounts and gaining payment arrangements. The Risk Management side of the position will entail assisting the manager in various duties including auditing and research and investigation of suspicious activity. The qualified candidate should possess the ability to deal with members primarily over the phone concerning confidential and difficult financial situations. Strong communication and outstanding member service skills are required.
